In an isolated cabin in the woods, Momma lives with her two sons, the boys Samuel "Sam" and Nolan, and the dog Coda scared by the evil in the surrounded forest. She considers the cabin their holy ground and ties themselves to ropes when they need to go to the woods to hunt small animals or collect supplies.
